The Programmes

Eight programmes. Two series. Every one ends with something working.

Six assessed professional courses for individuals building an AI operator capability, and two workshops for organisations adopting AI together. Every programme is standalone, with no prerequisites. Filter by who it is for, by AI capability, or by the part of the business you want to strengthen.

The Pathways

Take one step, or walk the whole line.

For individuals · The Operator Series

Each course stands alone. Taken in sequence they build a complete operator capability: how to design and build the AI systems, how to sell that capability, and how to run it as a business of your own.

Why This Matters

Every business is leaking hours. Most people cannot see where.

Think about the work that quietly eats a week. The quotation that takes three days because someone has to dig out the last five like it. The enquiry that arrives on Friday evening and gets answered on Monday afternoon. The report rebuilt by hand every month. The answer that only one person in the company actually knows, so everything stops when they are on leave.

Everyone can feel that this is wasteful. Very few people can look at it and say precisely which parts a machine should carry, which parts still need a human decision, and how to build the thing that closes the gap. That is the skill this series teaches, and it is worth considerably more than knowing how to prompt a chatbot.

01

You learn to see the work

How to take a real process apart, follow where the hours actually go, and separate the steps that need judgement from the steps that only need doing.

02

You learn to decide what a machine should hold

Which model suits which job, what your business knows that the AI needs access to, and where to put an approval gate so nothing reaches a customer unchecked. Knowing what to keep human is as much of the skill as knowing what to automate.

03

You learn to build it

Agents that work from your business knowledge rather than generic guesswork. Workflows that run a process end to end. Systems that keep running when you are not watching.

04

You learn to prove it holds

Stress test it, cost it, and know how it fails before it fails on a client.

Put those together and you are not someone who uses AI at work. You are the person who is called in when a team is drowning in manual work, who can diagnose the problem, design the system, build it, and show that it runs. Inside a company, that is the person who becomes indispensable. On your own, that is what an AI consultant does, and it is work businesses are actively paying for.

Who It Is For

Three ways people arrive here

The programmes are the same. What changes is where you apply them.

Professionals

You are good at your job and you can see how much of it is repetition. You want to be the person in your team who can actually build the thing that removes it, rather than the person waiting for IT to get round to it.

Start with AOP 102

Owners and solo operators

You are the business. Every hour spent on admin is an hour not spent earning, and hiring is not the answer yet. You want systems that carry the routine work so you can hold more clients without adding headcount.

Start with AOP 102, then AOP 104

Teams and employers

You have been told to adopt AI and given no realistic way to build the people who can run it. You want a team that can identify the opportunities in your own operations and deliver them, not a workshop everyone forgets by the following month.

For Organisations

Bring AI into your organisation

Two workshops take an organisation from talking about AI to using it. AI for Leaders gives the executive team the strategy, the investment case, the governance and a board ready 90 day roadmap. AI at Work gives every level of the organisation the hands on capability to act on it. Both are delivered in person, at your premises or ours, and both sit in the catalogue above.

Both workshops are in the programme catalogue above, with full details on their own pages.

Or run the Operator Series privately

Every company is being told to adopt AI. Few are told how to build the people who can actually run it. We train your staff to be AI operators: designing agents around your real workflows, connecting them to your business knowledge, and automating the processes your teams run every day.

Corporate engagements are shaped around your needs. Some companies take a single course as a private run. Others take a curated pathway across departments: operations teams into agents, knowledge and automation, commercial teams into validation and pipeline. Where the need does not fit the catalogue, we consult first and design the programme around what your business actually requires.

01

Private course runs

Any course from the series delivered exclusively for your team, at your office or our venue, on consecutive days or spread one day per week around operations.

02

Curated capability pathways

Course combinations matched to functions: the AI stack pairing for operations teams, the commercial pairing for sales and marketing, or the full line for a transformation cohort.

03

Consult first programmes

Where your need is specific, we scope it with you before proposing anything: your tools, your data, your workflows, your success measures.

Fees and Funding

Straight answers on fees and subsidies

Operator Series courses are premium commercial programmes. Future Edge Institute is working on obtaining its licence as a Registered Training Provider from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG); until that registration is granted, these courses are not eligible for SkillsFuture Credit or other government subsidies, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Adoption Series workshops are corporate training, delivered in house and priced per engagement. They are not government subsidised and are not expected to become so.

Fees, intake dates and corporate rates are shared on enquiry, and every programme lists exactly what you will have built by the final day, so you can judge the value on the assets you leave with.

Be first to know when funding lands

Leave your details and we will notify you the moment subsidy support becomes available for any Operator Series course.

Questions, Answered

What people ask before they enrol

Do I need prior experience or my own business to join?
No. There are no prerequisites beyond basic computer literacy and a laptop. Participants without their own venture build on Brightleaf Bookkeeping, a fully prepared reference business supplied in every course starter pack, so every exercise runs on real material from day one.
Are the courses SkillsFuture claimable?
Not yet. Future Edge Institute is working on obtaining its licence as a Registered Training Provider from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Operator Series courses are currently premium commercial programmes. You can register interest to be notified the moment funding support becomes available.
What certificate do I receive?
A Certificate of Completion issued by Future Edge Institute, awarded on meeting all deliverable gates and passing every declared assessment for the course. Assessments are practical: live builds, projects and panel interviews, never multiple choice.
What do I actually leave with?
Working assets, not notes. Depending on the course: tested AI agents, a live knowledge base, running n8n automations, a priced offer with a real pipeline, or a launch ready business, all built and assessed live during the course.
How are classes delivered?
Full day, in person, hands on sessions of 8 hours (6.5 taught plus breaks), in small cohorts. Courses run on consecutive days or one day per week without any change to content.
Do I need to buy any software?
No. Courses run on free tier accounts of the platforms taught, such as Claude, Notion and n8n, set up before Day 1 via joining instructions. You need your own laptop.
Can my company book a private run?
Yes. Any programme can run privately for your team, at your office or our venue, and programmes can be combined into capability pathways or scoped as a custom programme after a needs discovery session. See For Organisations.
Where do these courses come from?
They are extracted from Kydon's flagship five month AI entrepreneurship programme, the One Person Company Launchpad, rebuilt as six standalone professional courses with the same build first method and assessment gates. The fourteen year story behind the method is on our about page.
