How we handle your data, the terms of using this website, and our fees, payment and refund policy.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Future Edge Institute Private Limited ("FEI", "we", "us") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kydon Holdings Pte. Ltd. and part of the Kydon Group of companies, Singapore. We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.

For any question about your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact our Data Protection Officer at [TO BE CONFIRMED: DPO name or role] on sales@kydongrp.com.
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and where you provide them, your company, the course or programme you are interested in, and your message. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your message and the contact details attached to it, including your phone number and WhatsApp display name.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our analytics and advertising tools collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the site or advertisement that referred you, and interactions such as which course pages you open and which enquiry buttons you click. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for identification documents at the enquiry stage.
You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and we will act on that request. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from replying to an enquiry you have already made, or from contacting you about a course you are enrolled in.
We use a small number of established service providers, and share only what each needs to do its job. Because these providers operate internationally, your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with other training providers. We may disclose it where we are legally required to do so, including to regulators such as SkillsFuture Singapore in connection with our registration as a training provider.
This website uses three kinds of cookie and similar technology:
Analytics and advertising cookies are set when you arrive on this site. You can stop them at any time, and you do not need our help to do it: every current browser lets you block or delete cookies for a single site, private browsing windows discard them when you close the window, and Google publishes an opt out extension for Google Analytics. Blocking or deleting these cookies does not affect your ability to browse this site or submit an enquiry, and nothing on this site is withheld from you for declining them.
If we introduce a consent banner, this notice will be updated to describe it before the banner goes live.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you have consented to marketing, until you withdraw that consent. Records relating to enrolment, assessment and certification are kept for [TO BE CONFIRMED: retention period, and note that SSG registration may set a minimum] to meet our obligations as a training provider. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in the tools listed above.
Under the PDPA you may:
Write to sales@kydongrp.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot meet that timeframe we will tell you when to expect a response. Where we cannot act on a request, we will explain why.
Our courses are designed for working adults and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Participants under 18 may only enrol with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We may update this notice as our services and tools change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
By using this website you accept these terms.
We aim to keep course information accurate and current. Course content, schedules, durations, trainers, venues and fees may change, and the details published here are for information only. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to provide a course at a particular time, place or price. Fees and intake dates are confirmed at enquiry, and enrolment is governed by the registration terms provided to you at that point.
Our courses teach practical skills and every course ends with assets you have built and had assessed. We describe those outcomes honestly, but skills training cannot guarantee commercial results. We do not promise that you will earn income, secure clients, obtain employment, or that any business you start will succeed. Outcomes depend on your own effort, market conditions and factors outside our control.
Course content covering business registration, tax, accounting and legal matters is provided for awareness and structured reasoning only. It is not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on it, particularly where your circumstances involve work passes, business partners, or income arising outside Singapore.
Where our courses teach third party platforms and AI tools, those tools are owned and operated by their providers, change without notice, and are used subject to their own terms. AI systems can produce inaccurate output, which is precisely why our courses teach human review and approval checkpoints. You remain responsible for anything you publish or act on.
The content of this website, and all course materials, workbooks, templates and assessment instruments, are owned by Future Edge Institute Private Limited, or are used by us with the owner's permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or teach from them without our written permission. Assets you build during a course, such as your own agents, knowledge bases, workflows and business documents, belong to you.
This website links to other sites, including Kydon Group. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
We aim to keep this website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
This policy applies to individuals enrolling in public course intakes. Corporate and private engagements are governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement.
Course fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and confirmed in writing at enquiry, along with what the fee includes. [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether quoted fees include or exclude GST, and FEI's GST registration status]
Fees include all course materials, the starter pack, assessment, and certification on successful completion. Courses run on free tier accounts of the platforms taught, so no software purchase is required. Any optional paid tools are identified in advance and are never required to complete a course.
Future Edge Institute is working on obtaining its licence as a Registered Training Provider from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Until that registration is granted, our courses are not eligible for SkillsFuture Credit, SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance, or other government subsidies, and we will not suggest otherwise. If you would like to be told when funding support becomes available, register your interest and we will contact you.
When funding does become available, please note that approval rests with the relevant authority and depends on eligibility criteria set by them. We will support your application, but we cannot guarantee approval, and we are not responsible for rejections, delays, or the withdrawal of funding after a claim.
Payment is due [TO BE CONFIRMED: payment terms, for example in full at least 14 days before the course start date]. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. [TO BE CONFIRMED: accepted payment methods, and whether instalments are offered]
Write to sales@kydongrp.com to withdraw. What happens next depends on when we receive your written notice.
| When we receive your notice | Your options |
|---|---|
| More than 14 days before the course start date | A full refund, or a free transfer to a later intake |
| 14 days or fewer before the start date | A 50 percent refund, or a free transfer to a later intake |
| On or after the start date | No refund. A transfer may be offered at our discretion for documented medical or compassionate reasons |
Transfers must be used within 12 months and are subject to availability on the intake you choose.
[TO BE CONFIRMED: notice periods, refund percentages and transfer window]
You may also pass your place to someone else at any time before the course starts, at no charge, provided they meet the same entry requirements. Simply tell us who is coming instead.
A participant who does not attend, and has not given written notice in advance, is treated as a no show and no refund or transfer is due.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days, less any bank charges.
We run small cohorts deliberately, and every course needs a minimum number of confirmed participants to go ahead. We will confirm to you in writing that your course is running at least 10 days before the start date. If we cancel or reschedule, you choose: a full refund of everything you have paid, or a free transfer to the next available intake.
Please bear this in mind before booking travel or accommodation that cannot be refunded, as we cannot reimburse costs you arrange independently.
If a session is disrupted by something outside our control, we will reschedule the affected hours so that you receive the full course duration.
A Certificate of Completion is issued by Future Edge Institute where you have:
If you do not pass an assessment, you are entitled to one reassessment at no charge, to be taken within 30 days. Where you need longer, or a further attempt, we will discuss the arrangement and any fee with you before proceeding.
Missing a scheduled day does not remove the attendance requirement. Where a later intake is running, we will offer you the equivalent day on that intake so you can meet it.
We expect participants to treat trainers and each other with respect, and to keep other participants' business information confidential where it is shared in class. We reserve the right to remove, without refund, anyone whose conduct prevents others from learning.
We are a small team and we would rather hear from you early than late. Write to sales@kydongrp.com and we will acknowledge within 1 working day and give you a substantive answer within 3 working days. If something takes longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If you are not satisfied with the response, ask for it to be escalated to [TO BE CONFIRMED: named senior contact] who will review it personally.
When we are available. Email and WhatsApp are answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Singapore time, excluding public holidays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day. During a course, your trainer is your first point of contact.
