Kydon Group spent fourteen years building the systems institutions learn on: platforms, content and infrastructure for government agencies, enterprises and schools. That work put us on the wrong side of a widening gap.
Organisations were investing in AI awareness. Individuals were collecting certificates. Neither was producing people who could actually operate AI inside a business: design the workflow, choose the model, connect it to real knowledge, and keep it running when it breaks.
Kydon's response was the AI Workforce Factory, an initiative built to close that gap. Future Edge Institute is the part that teaches. We were established in 2026 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kydon Holdings Pte. Ltd., with one job: to build people who can do the work, and to assess them on whether they can.
That is why every programme here ends with something built, tested and demonstrated. A certificate that records attendance tells an employer nothing. One that records what you built, in front of an assessor, tells them everything.
The gap was never AI capability. It was the translation between what AI can do and what a business actually needs. That is the work.
